Shipping
How fast do you ship?
Orders placed before 2 pm ET ship the same day. Domestic US orders arrive in 2–3 business days via cold-chain shipping. All lyophilized peptides are packed with gel ice packs in an insulated mailer.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to the US, Canada, UK, and EU. Customs clearance is the buyer's responsibility. Some peptides are restricted in certain jurisdictions — if your order cannot clear customs we will refund the full amount.
How much is shipping?
$18 flat rate for US orders under $150. Free over $150. International is calculated at checkout.
Is the shipping discreet?
All shipments arrive in plain, unbranded kraft mailers with no product references on the exterior label. The return address reads "Juno Labs, Inc."
Storage & handling
How should I store lyophilized peptides?
Lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptides should be stored at –20°C in a sealed, desiccated container. Unreconstituted, most Juno peptides remain stable for 24+ months.
What about after reconstitution?
Once reconstituted with bacteriostatic water, peptides should be stored at 2–8°C (refrigerated) and used within 30 days for research purposes.
Do you sell bacteriostatic water?
Bacteriostatic water is a pharmaceutical product and is not sold on this site. Qualified researchers can source it separately from clinical suppliers.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), ACH bank transfer, Zelle, and major cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, USDC). Crypto payments receive a 10% discount, applied at checkout.
Is my card statement discreet?
Charges appear as "JUNO LABS INC" on card statements. No product names, compound references, or descriptive line items.
Do you offer bulk or academic pricing?
Yes. Academic institutions and independent research labs receive 15% off orders over $500. Email research@junolabs.co from your institutional address for a code.
Products & quality
Where are Juno peptides manufactured?
All Juno peptides are synthesized at a cGMP-audited facility in the United States. The same class of facility that supplies clinical trial reference material. We do not source from grey-market suppliers.
What's the difference between "research grade" and clinical grade?
Research grade peptides are suitable for in vitro laboratory research. They meet or exceed the purity standards of many clinical reference materials, but are not FDA-approved for human use and are sold as reference materials only.
Why are your peptides more expensive than other suppliers?
Because we pay for cGMP sourcing, independent HPLC, mass spec, endotoxin testing, and cold-chain shipping on every lot. If a supplier's peptides are significantly cheaper, they are almost certainly skipping one or more of those steps.
