Every Juno order ships cold-chain. Lyophilized peptides are temperature-sensitive research reference materials; we pack them the way a clinical supplier would.
Orders placed before 2 pm ET ship the same business day. After 2 pm or on weekends, the next business day. During peak cycles (new lot releases, launch windows) processing may extend to 48 hours — we'll email you if that affects your order.
All orders pass a compliance check before release: researcher attestation on file, delivery jurisdiction, payment verification. This is standard for the category. If we need additional information we'll email within 24 hours.

Lyophilized peptides are packaged with medical-grade gel ice packs inside a 1.5-inch insulated mailer. A temperature indicator strip is included with every shipment. The cold chain is validated to hold below 15°C for 72 hours in a 35°C ambient environment.
On delivery, move the vial to a freezer (−20°C or colder) within 2 hours. If your temperature indicator shows a failure, see Returns.
Every order ships in a plain kraft mailer with no product references on the exterior. Return address reads simply: Juno Labs, Inc.
Card statements read: JUNO LABS INC. No line items. No product names.
You'll receive a tracking link by email when the label generates. Real-time updates come from the carrier; we don't hold tracking data.
Buyer is the importer of record. Duties, VAT, and customs handling are the buyer's responsibility. Research reference materials are restricted in some jurisdictions; it is your responsibility to verify legality at your address before ordering.
If your package is seized, we will refund the product cost but not shipping.
